Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi (On-site) Employment Type: Full-Time Stipend: ₹12000-16000/monthly About the Role We are seeking a motivated and articulate Telecaller Sales to join our growing freight forwarding and logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our logistics services, qualifying leads, and setting up appointments for the business development team. You will play a vital role in driving business growth through effective communication and relationship-building over the phone. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads. Explain our logistics services clearly and professionally. Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on set parameters. Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM tools. Schedule follow-ups and set appointments for the sales team. Handle customer inquiries courteously and provide appropriate information. Stay updated with company offerings and market trends. Requirements: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling/sales (logistics industry preferred). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems. Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-centric approach.
