Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation – Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote insurance products and generate leads. Customer Consultation – Explain insurance plans, policies, benefits, and terms in a clear and simple manner. Follow-ups – Regularly follow up with interested prospects to encourage policy purchases or renewals. Query Handling – Answer customer questions regarding premiums, claims, renewals, and coverage details. Sales Support – Assist the sales team by booking appointments and transferring qualified leads. Policy Renewal Reminders – Contact existing customers to remind and encourage them to renew policies on time. Database Management – Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and policy information in the system. Target Achievement – Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales/lead conversion goals. Customer Relationship – Build trust and maintain strong relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Compliance – Adhere to company guidelines, IRDA regulations, and ensure confidentiality of customer data.
