Job Title: Mutual Fund Operations Assistant Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to manage day-to-day mutual fund operational work at our office. The role does not require bringing any leads or sales. It is purely back-office and support-oriented. Key Responsibilities: Filling and submitting mutual fund application forms, SIP forms, and other required documents. Keeping track of SIPs, redemptions, switches, and all client transactions. Using our website and partner portals to open new client accounts and process transactions. Downloading and organizing statements, reports, and confirmations for clients. Maintaining systematic records of client investments. Communicating with clients over email whenever required (sending statements, confirmations, reminders, etc.). Coordinating with mutual fund companies and support teams if any correction or clarification is needed. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of mutual funds (training can be provided). Good computer skills (MS Office, email handling, internet browsing). Ability to accurately fill forms and follow processes. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Preferred (Not mandatory): Experience in MF back-office or financial services. Understanding of KYC, FATCA, and basic MF procedures.
