Telesales Executive – Ayurvedic Wellness

We are now expanding our telesales team to support the growing demand for our health solutions through inbound leads generated from Meta Ads.

Role Overview
We are hiring a Tellecaller (Warm Leads – Health & Wellness Products) to join our fast-growing D2C Ayurvedic brand.
This is NOT cold calling. You’ll be calling warm leads generated through Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for products related to Men’s Personal Health, Women’s Personal Health, Diabetes Management, and Weight Loss.
Your role is to build rapport, educate customers about our Ayurvedic solutions, and drive conversions by assisting them in placing orders via WhatsApp or our website.

What You’ll Do
Call warm leads who have shown interest in our products via Instagram & Facebook ads (no cold calling).
Engage with empathy and educate prospects about product usage, benefits, and safety in a sensitive yet confident manner.
Identify the key health concern (low energy, hormonal imbalance, sugar control, weight gain, etc.) and recommend the right Ayurvedic product or bundle.
Use pre-approved product information and scripts while maintaining a natural tone of conversation.
Share WhatsApp catalog links, collect shipping details, and assist with placing the order.
Overcome objections related to pricing, dosage, or product doubts by following our proven response flow.
Log every conversation, feedback, and status update in the CRM or internal tracker.
Coordinate with the fulfillment team for smooth order processing and delivery.
Meet daily and weekly targets for call volume, conversions, and follow-ups.
Report to the Team Lead and work closely with the marketing team to improve lead quality and closing rates.
Who Should Apply
Someone with 1–3 years of telesales or telecalling experience, preferably in health, wellness, Ayurveda, or supplements.
Fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages like Tamil/Telugu/Bengali are a bonus).
Confident, patient, and respectful while discussing personal health concerns for men and women.
Should understand basic sales psychology and know how to handle objections.
Quick learner – ready to understand product benefits, use cases, and recommended dosages.
Empathetic and polite – able to connect with customers of all backgrounds, especially middle-aged and senior individuals.
Strong follow-up and WhatsApp communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, or sales trackers is preferred.
Work Details
Location: Work from office or Delhi-based office (if applicable)
Working Days: 6 days/week (Sunday holiday)
Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month fixed + performance-based incentives
Probation Period: 1 month
Joining: Immediate preferred
