Call and counsel students on study abroad options, fix appointments, follow up on leads, and support with admission/visa queries. Must have good communication skills and interest in overseas education. Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers as per the provided scripts and guidelines. Clearly and effectively communicate information about our products, services, or ongoing promotions. Understand customer needs and requirements to offer relevant solutions or information. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, as required. Gather valuable feedback from customers and record it accurately in the system. Follow up on previous calls and maintain organized records of all interactions. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and sales/lead generation quotas. Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all calls. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical guidelines. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and telecalling skills. Update and maintain the customer database with accurate information.
