Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader - Sales to lead and manage a team of sales professionals. This is a high-reward opportunity for experienced sales leaders who can drive results and manage performance. Compensation will be commission-based, offering 30% to 40% of annual sales revenue, with expected yearly sales of ₹30 to ₹40 Lakhs. --- Key Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing guidance and support as needed. Drive lead generation and conversion through active fieldwork and digital platforms. Ensure excellent customer service and client retention. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Maintain strong knowledge of product offerings and market trends. --- Requirements: Proven experience in sales leadership roles (minimum 2-3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to work independently and lead by example. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems. Compensation Structure: Commission Only: 30% to 40% commission based on yearly sales. Projected Earning Potential: ₹9 – ₹16 Lakhs annually based on performance (sales of ₹30 – ₹40 Lakhs). Performance incentives and growth opportunities for high performers.
