Key Responsibilities:  Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle across departments including IT, Sales, Design, Marketing, Admin, and Support.  Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create ideal candidate profiles.  Draft, update, and post clear, appealing Job Descriptions across platforms.  Source candidates using various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals.  Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications.  Schedule and coordinate interviews with relevant team leads and technical panels.  Conduct preliminary HR interviews and rounds where applicable.  Maintain ongoing communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.  Collect and consolidate interviewer feedback and communicate outcomes to candidates.  Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and key hiring metrics.  Suggest hiring strategies and assist in process improvements.  Coordinate offer rollouts and manage joining formalities in collaboration with management.
