Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller to manage daily operations and customer interactions for our Porter logistics services. The ideal candidate will handle inbound/outbound calls, coordinate vehicle bookings, assist customers and drivers, and ensure smooth last-mile delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Interaction & Support

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to Porter bookings, delivery status, pricing, and queries.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and issue resolution.
• Provide accurate information regarding services, charges, timelines, and policies.

2. Driver / Partner Coordination

• Coordinate with Porter drivers for order assignment, pickup, and delivery.
• Resolve driver queries related to route, payment, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely dispatch and monitor driver compliance with service standards.

3. Order & Operational Management

• Track ongoing orders in real-time and coordinate delays or changes.
• Escalate operational issues to the concerned team (dispatch, ground ops, tech, etc.).
• Verify customer details, load type, vehicle requirements, and trip instructions.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain call logs, order details, issue reports, and follow-ups in the system.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on call volumes, completed tasks, and escalations.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years in telecalling, customer support, call center, or logistics.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages preferred).
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, Porter dashboard familiarity).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
