We are hiring a female Tele Caller (Graduate preferred) to handle inbound & outbound calls, resolve customer queries, and support lead generation. Must have good communication skills in Hindi. Prior telecalling/customer service experience is a plus.

The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries, and supporting lead generation. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Receive inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
• Provide accurate information about Pickkup.io’s logistics services.
• Maintain call logs and update customer records in CRM.
• Assist in lead generation and follow-ups with clients.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus).
• Prior telecalling / customer service experience preferred (not mandatory).
• Polite, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
