Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in nashik . The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating and conducting calls to potential and existing clients to provide information about financial services and solutions. Responsibilities include maintaining a thorough understanding of product offerings, addressing customer inquiries, updating databases with call details, and nurturing strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with teams to support sales and business development as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to manage and update customer data with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to engage potential clients and address their needs effectively.
• Basic understanding of financial services or prior experience in a customer service/sales role is advantageous.
• Proficiency in handling CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools and basic computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle targets responsibly.
• Fluency in English and local languages is a plus.
• High school or relevant certification related field is preferred.
