Role Description We are seeking dedicated individuals for the positions of Sales Manager and Telecallers. These are full-time, on-site roles based in Nashik. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building client relationships. Telecallers will be responsible for making outbound calls, following up on leads, providing information about our financial products, and assisting potential clients. Both roles require excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service. Qualifications For Sales Manager: Sales strategies, team management, client relationship building, target achievement. For Telecallers: Outbound calling, lead follow-up, customer service, product information dissemination. Strong verbal and written communication skills. The Telecaller will be responsible for initiating and conducting calls to potential and existing clients to provide information about financial services and solutions. The role also involves collaborating with teams to support sales and business development as needed. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in verbal communication and active listening.
