Job Description

1. Outbound Calling

  • Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Explain products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
  • Follow calling scripts and meet daily/weekly calling targets.

2. Inbound Call Handling

  • Attend incoming customer calls.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve queries.
  • Transfer calls to the concerned department when needed.

3. Follow-ups

  • Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads.
  • Call customers regularly for reminders, confirmations, and updates.
  • Work on warm leads to convert them into customers.

4. Data Entry & Reporting

  • Update customer information in CRM / Excel.
  • Log call details, outcomes, and follow-up notes.
  • Prepare daily/weekly activity reports for management review.

5. Communication & Customer Service

  • Maintain professional, polite, and service-oriented communication.
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
