The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, addressing queries, and promoting services offered by R Saloons. The role involves providing excellent customer service, building and maintaining positive relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Telecaller will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on leads to achieve sales goals. Qualifications Strong communication, telecommunication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service Proficiency in record-keeping and basic computer skills Ability to meet sales goals and follow up with leads effectively Attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or sales is preferred Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
