Job Description

As a Call Center Executive at FMS Dental Hospital, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support through phone and digital channels. Your role is vital in ensuring smooth communication, managing appointments, addressing patient queries, and assisting with other operational tasks. If you have a passion for customer service and healthcare, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist patients with appointment scheduling, cancellations, and general inquiries. Provide clear information about the hospital’s services, treatments, and dental specialists. Ensure all patient concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and update the system with relevant information. Assist with managing appointments and follow-ups to ensure optimal scheduling and patient care. Resolve complaints or concerns in a polite and effective manner. Collaborate with different departments to ensure a seamless patient experience. Skills & Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred). 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in healthcare or a call center environment. Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional tone. Excellent listening skills and empathy to understand patient needs. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English, Hindi and Telugu
