Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic HR Executive to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fostering a positive work culture, driving HR initiatives, and streamlining processes for a growing healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs Manage employee records, leave & attendance, and HRMS updates Implement and monitor employee engagement initiatives Support HR policy implementation and ensure compliance Assist in training coordination and performance appraisal processes Address employee grievances with empathy and professionalism Coordinate with internal departments for smooth HR operations Key Skills: Talent Acquisition & Screening Employee Engagement & Retention Onboarding & Induction HRMS / Attendance Systems Documentation & Compliance Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving Knowledge of Labour Laws & HR Policies Proficiency in MS Office & HR tools Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR / Business Administration 2–5 years of HR experience (preferably in the healthcare industry) Strong organizational and people management skills Why Join FMS Dental?
