Telecaller Executive

We are searching for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outgoing calls to prospective or existing customers, answering incoming calls, providing information, generating leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential and existing customers to explain products or services, attending all incoming calls and providing appropriate solutions or information, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and converting them into confirmed customers when possible. Additionally, you will need to maintain a database of customer information, update records regularly, resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, maintain daily call logs, and submit reports to the supervisor/manager. You will also be expected to support the sales or marketing team with feedback from customers and market trends, coordinate with internal departments for a seamless customer experience, and follow communication scripts and company policies during interactions. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 10+2 or any graduate degree. Prior experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer support executive is preferred, although freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome. This is a full-time position, and proficiency in Hindi and English is preferred. The work location is in person.,
