📌 Job Title: Business Development Executive / Manager 🏢 About the Role The Business Development (BD) role is all about growing the company’s revenue by finding new customers, building relationships, and selling the company’s services/products. Whether it is IT solutions, software applications, digital marketing services or other B2B offerings , the BD professional acts as the bridge between clients and the company . You will be responsible for generating new business and closing deals. This role is best for someone ambitious, goal-driven, and good at building relationships. 🔹 Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients through multiple Channels. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Pitch and promote the company’s offerings (IT services, software, apps, digital marketing, or IT products). Develop proposals, handle negotiations, and close deals. Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, operations) to deliver promised solutions. 🔹 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development . Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand different business solutions (IT/software/marketing).
