Lead Calling Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and follow up with leads generated through online and offline campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website, Events, etc.)
• Understand client requirements and share relevant service information (Digital Marketing, Travel Packages, Hotel Bookings, etc.)
• Maintain accurate call logs, follow-ups, and conversion records using CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams for smooth lead handover.
• Achieve daily and weekly call and conversion targets.
• Collect feedback and customer insights to enhance campaign performance and service quality.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, travel, or hospitality sales processes preferred.
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality.
• Self-motivated with good time management and follow-up discipline.
• Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
