• Role: Tele Caller Executive

• Qualification: Graduate in any stream
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
• Salary: Negotiable (based on communication skills)
• Week Off: Sunday (fixed)
• Industry: B2C

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to leads generated via website inquiries, social media, and referrals
• Identify potential customers and update the CRM with accurate details
• Clearly explain product features to customers
• Handle queries and provide appropriate information

Requirements

• Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
• Strong communication skills in English, Bengali & Hindi
• Prior tele calling / customer service experience preferred
• Confident, energetic, and positive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, data entry)
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven role
