Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company’s products/services.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads or sales.
• Maintain customer databases and follow up with interested clients.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
• Provide accurate information to customers and resolve their queries.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead management and updates.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Good listening and persuasion skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
