Job Description

  • We are seeking an energetic and persuasive Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive to join our IT sales and business development team. The candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, promoting our software solutions, and scheduling appointments for product demos with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to introduce and promote our IT products and software solutions.
  • Identify prospects, understand their requirements, and pitch relevant solutions.
  • Schedule appointments and demos for the business development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and client information in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and previous interactions to ensure successful closure.
