Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller Executive located in Jaipur. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering inbound calls, and providing information about the company's products and services. Daily tasks will include maintaining customer records, following up on leads, handling inquiries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves both sales and customer support activities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating customer records
• Experience in sales and customer support
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of smart wearables or tech products is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
• Proficiency in regional languages is beneficial
