Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students to promote educational services and consultation packages. Counsel students and parents regarding career choices, courses, colleges, and admission procedures. Schedule appointments and follow up with interested clients for walk-ins, webinars, or one-on-one counseling. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions using CRM tools. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
