Tele caller counsellors

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecaller to join our growing team in the education consultation sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective students and parents, providing information about courses, universities, and admissions, and helping them navigate their educational journey. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads and prospective students to promote educational services and consultation packages. Counsel students and parents regarding career choices, courses, colleges, and admission procedures. Schedule appointments and follow up with interested clients for walk-ins, webinars, or one-on-one counseling. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, feedback, and follow-up actions using CRM tools. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets. Resolve queries efficiently and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the counseling and admissions teams to convert leads into successful enrollments. Requirements: Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages (as applicable). Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented with a pleasant phone demeanor. Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets within deadlines. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or lead management software.
