Role Overview: As a Tele Sales/Pre Sales Executive at Ankura Homes in Hyderabad, your primary responsibility is to engage with potential customers, provide them with information about the products and services offered, and address any queries they may have in order to convert leads into clients. You will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential clients via calls or other communication channels, qualifying leads, maintaining customer databases, and building strong relationships with customers. Additionally, you will be involved in client follow-ups, collaborating with the sales team, and contributing towards achieving sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with potential customers through proactive outreach via calls or other communication channels - Provide information on products and services offered by Ankura Homes - Qualify leads and maintain accurate customer databases - Foster strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty - Participate in client follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate effectively with the sales team to drive sales performance - Contribute towards achieving sales targets set by the organization Qualification Required: - Strong communication, interpersonal, and telephonic etiquette skills - Proficiency in lead generation, lead qualification, and client relationship management - Experience in sales techniques, negotiation, and persuasion - Ability to utilize CRM tools, data entry software, and basic computer skills - Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities - Results-oriented mindset with a focus on teamwork and achieving targets - A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus - Prior experience in real estate or tele sales roles is preferred,
