Tele Sales Manager

As a Tele Sales Manager at Paisa Bazaar, you will be responsible for leading the Personal Loan / Business Loan Tele Sales team in Karnataka. Your role will involve managing a large tele sales team, ensuring sales targets are met, monitoring performance metrics, and driving workforce efficiency. Your expertise in call centre operations, sales metrics, and CRM tools will be crucial in achieving success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage a large tele sales team for Personal Loan & Business Loan verticals, including Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Associates. - Ensure achievement of sales targets, productivity, and key performance metrics like connect rate, conversion rate, talk time, login hours, AHT, etc. - Monitor team performance using dialler systems, CRM software, and tele sales dashboards. - Drive effective lead allocation, call flow, and conversion through efficient workforce management. - Train, mentor, and motivate the team for high-quality customer interactions. - Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/financial guidelines, and quality standards. - Regularly review team performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements. - Coordinate with central operations and product teams to align strategies for the entire Karnataka region. - Maintain a strong focus on customer experience while driving revenue growth. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in managing tele sales / call centre operations, preferably in loans/financial products. - Strong knowledge of tele calling metrics, dialler operations, and CRM platforms. - Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve business targets. - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficiency in Kannada (regional language) is mandatory. - Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment, including Saturday & Sunday.
