Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate telesales representatives.
Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, set weekly/monthly targets, and design sales scripts.
Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, track progress, conduct performance reviews, and analyze sales data.
Operations: Oversee daily activities, manage customer databases (CRM), handle escalated complaints, and ensure data accuracy.
Reporting: Compile and present detailed sales reports to management.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Proven success in telesales/telemarketing, with prior leadership experience.
Leadership: Strong motivational, coaching, and communication skills.
Sales Acumen: Persuasive, results-driven, and knowledgeable about the sales process.
Technical: Proficient with CRM software, MS Office, and call center technology.
Personal: Resilient, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and excellent at relationship building.

Typical Reporting Structure

Reports to Sales Director or Head of Sales.
Manages a team of Telesales Executives/Representatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
