Tele Sales Executive

(YCS), formerly eZee Technosys, you will be a Driven Sales Professional responsible for exceeding sales targets through lead generation, prospect qualification, and deal closure. Your primary focus will be on cultivating relationships with decision-makers, understanding their needs, and showcasing strong communication and negotiation skills. A customer-centric approach is vital, emphasizing exceptional service and tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will involve exploring target markets, identifying new leads, and contacting property contacts to introduce our offerings. You will engage with customers using sales scripts, understand hotel operations, and efficiently address queries. Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing customized solutions based on their needs, will be crucial for success in this role. Key competencies required for this position include proficiency in lead generation, effective communication and presentation skills, a solid understanding of IT products in the hotel operations domain, and the ability to follow sales scripts to successfully close deals. Building strong relationships, negotiation skills, exceptional customer service, time management, resilience, and a target-oriented approach are also essential for excelling in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 1 year of telesales experience, fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and be willing to work in the US shift.
