Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive - General Insurance (BFSI)

Location:

Mumbai Suburbs (2 minutes walking distance from the station)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year in a BFSI telesales role

CTC: 3.5 L p.a. + incentives

Candidate Requirements

Education:
A bachelor's degree from a recognized university is mandatory

Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a telesales role within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Age:
Maximum 30 years old.

Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills.
- A customer-oriented approach with the ability to handle objections and close sales.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
