Tele Sales Executive

You will be responsible for interacting with potential/prospective students and their parents through various channels such as emails, telephone calls, and live website chats. Your main objective will be to inform them about the relevant program, provide information about program features and their benefits, and guide them through the admissions decision-making process. This will involve calling and following up with potential students and parents, understanding their interests and expectations, and pitching suitable programs accordingly. You will need to generate qualified leads, provide complete information about courses/programs, and maintain constant communication through phone, email, chat, and social media. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), superior people skills, and the ability to present program details effectively over the phone. Prior experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Inbound Sales, Outbound Sales, or Telemarketing would be beneficial but not mandatory. The ideal candidate must be young, smart, active, and have good convincing skills. Additionally, you should be enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude. Working well in a team with a high people orientation is essential for this position. The desired candidate should hold an MBA/Graduate degree in any discipline. Freshers are also welcome to apply for this role. Knowledge of MS Office software suite is desirable, and fluency in both English and Hindi is a must. The job entails making dozens of daily calls (70-100), generating interest, qualifying prospects, and ensuring new admissions.
