Tele Sales Executive

You will be responsible for interacting with potential/prospective students and their parents through emails, telephone calls, and live website chats to inform them about the relevant program. You will provide information about program features and their benefits. Additionally, you will be required to call and follow up with potential students and parents, understanding their interests and expectations to pitch a suitable program. Generating qualified leads, providing complete information about courses/programs, and assisting in the admissions decision-making process will also be part of your role. Guiding prospective students and their parents through the application and enrollment process is crucial. Maintaining a constant communication channel with leads through phone, email, chat, and social media during the pre-and post-admissions processes will be necessary. You must follow up with a clear and effective approach to convince students and parents and help them make a decision. Being comfortable making dozens of daily calls (70-100), generating interest, qualifying prospects, and making new admissions is a key expectation. It is essential to maintain a detailed record of all interactions. Desired Candidate Profile: - MBA/Graduate in any discipline. Freshers can also apply for the role. - Prior experience in Customer Service/Call Center/Inbound Sales/Outbound Sales Telemarketing would be an added advantage (not mandatory). - Must be an excellent communicator (verbal and written) with superior people skills and comfortable presenting program details over the phone. - Strong listening, persuasion, and presentation skills are required. - The candidate must be young, smart, active, and have good convincing skills. - Enthusiastic, dedicated, self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. - The ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a must. - Fair knowledge of the MS Office software suite is desirable. - Must be fluent in English and Hindi.
