Tele Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Calling:

    Contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services.
  • Customer Interaction:

    Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to encourage sales conversions.
  • Lead Management:

    Follow up on leads, maintain customer data in CRM software, and ensure regular communication.
  • Sales Targets:

    Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals.
  • Customer Relationship Building:

    Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Objection Handling:

    Address customer concerns effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Market Feedback:

    Gather insights from customer interactions and share feedback with the marketing/sales team.
  • Reporting:

    Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in

    Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

  • Excellent verbal communication

    and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident and persuasive

    with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of

    sales processes

    and

    CRM tools

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office / Google Workspace

    .


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in

    telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

  • Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services

    (if applicable).
  • Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.
