Our laboratory integrates computational, experimental, and AI approaches to identify systematic trends and specific elements influencing oncogenic processes and tumors. We are committed to solving significant problems in cancer biology to drive meaningful progress in the field.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tele Sales Executive, based in Gurugram with some work from home flexibility. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, following up on leads, maintaining customer relationships, providing information about our services, and closing sales deals. The role also includes tracking sales metrics, achieving monthly sales targets, and providing regular updates on sales activities. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in telesales or customer service
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience in the healthcare or therapeutics industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
