Tele Sales Executive

As a Tele Sales Executive at Future Net Logistics LLC, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting potential clients in the shipping and freight forwarding industry. Your responsibilities will include: - Making outbound sales calls to prospective customers and introducing company services. - Developing and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth. - Identifying customer needs and offering suitable logistics and freight forwarding solutions. - Following up with leads and ensuring timely communication for business conversion. - Maintaining an updated database of customer interactions and sales progress. - Collaborating with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. - Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the company. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Proven experience as a Tele-Sales Executive or similar sales role. - Any degree qualification. - Experience in shipping & freight forwarding is preferred. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken). - Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities. - Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is a plus.
