Future Net Logistics LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive with a proven track record in tele-sales or a similar field. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating leads, conducting outbound calls, and converting potential clients within the shipping and freight forwarding industry. Responsibilities - Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to introduce company services. - Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships to stimulate business expansion. - Identify customer requirements and propose appropriate logistics and freight forwarding solutions. - Follow up with leads and maintain prompt communication to facilitate business conversions. - Keep an updated record of customer interactions and sales progress in the database. - Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless service delivery. - Achieve and surpass sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the company. Qualifications - Experience: Demonstrated experience as a Tele-Sales Executive or in a similar sales position. - Qualification: Any degree. - Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in shipping and freight forwarding is preferred. - Language Skills: Proficient in English (both written and spoken). - Communication Skills: Strong negotiation and persuasive skills. - Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous. - Location: Candidates must be based in Kochi.
