What You’ll Do

guiding students for admissions, handling sales-focused calling, and driving conversions with clarity and confidence.

  • Make outbound & inbound calls to students to explain available courses and programs

  • Identify their goals, needs, and preferences to provide personalised recommendations

  • Answer questions clearly and remove doubts through strong communication

  • Conduct consistent follow-ups to move students through the admissions pipeline

  • Convert warm leads into confirmed admissions through ethical sales techniques

  • Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, and daily follow-up sheets

  • Work closely with the counselling & operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding

Who We’re Looking For

  • Excellent verbal communication (Hindi + English)

  • Confident and persuasive on calls

  • Ability to understand student requirements and provide clarity

  • Target-driven, consistent, and resilient

  • Freshers welcome if communication is strong

  • Strong calling + follow-up discipline is mandatory
