What You'll Do

student engagement, outreach activities, guiding students for admissions, and driving conversions through sales via calling

• Make outbound & inbound calls to students to explain available courses and programs
  

• Engage with students through campus events, online sessions, seminars, and community channels
  

• Understand student goals and guide them toward suitable academic options
  

• Build rapport and trust with students and parents through clear communication
  

• Maintain strong follow-ups to move students through the admissions funnel
  

• Convert interested leads into admissions using ethical, value-driven persuasion
  

• Maintain CRM logs, call records, and daily activity reports
  

• Collaborate with operations & counselling teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication (Hindi + English)
  

• Energetic, outgoing, and confident personality
  

• Ability to simplify complex information for students
  

• Target-driven, consistent, and disciplined
  

• Freshers welcome if communication is strong
  

• Strong calling skills + follow-up mindset is a must
