About the Role

We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist to manage and grow our E-Laundry vertical. The role involves handling end-to-end telemarketing operations, engaging with customers, driving repeat business, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, and supporting business growth through new customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Coordination: Act as the primary contact point for customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring high satisfaction levels.Order Management: Take orders over phone/WhatsApp, update the system, and track order status until completion.Repeat Business: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat orders and long-term loyalty.New Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers through proactive outreach and lead follow-ups.Delivery Coordination: Ensure timely deliveries by closely coordinating with operations and logistics teams.Internal Communication: Liaise with internal teams (operations, delivery, accounts) to resolve queries and ensure smooth service execution.Target Achievement: Meet monthly targets for customer acquisition, order volume, and customer retention.Reporting: Maintain daily/weekly MIS reports on calls, orders, customer feedback, and escalations.

Desired Candidate Profile

4–5 years of proven experience in Tele Sales/Tele Marketing/Customer Relationship Management.Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred).Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills to convert leads into customers.Ability to multitask and handle end-to-end coordination efficiently.Prior experience in service-based industries (logistics, laundry, e-commerce, FMCG delivery, etc.) will be an added advantage.Proactive, customer-focused, and target-driven.
