- Maintain consistent follow-ups with students to track their visit status and encourage participation.
- Communicate fluently in English and Kannada to ensure clarity and engagement across diverse student profiles.
- Accurately document call outcomes and update student records in the system.
- Build rapport with students to foster trust and enhance the overall counselling experience.
- Meet daily and weekly call targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy.
