Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls and attend inbound inquiries to counsel prospective students. Provide accurate information about courses, fees and admission procedures. Support senior counselors in closing admissions and coordinate effectively to ensure lead conversion. Follow up with leads through calls, messages and emails to drive enrolments. Maintain detailed and organised records of student interactions and call logs. Meet monthly targets for follow-ups, enrolments and conversions.
