Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele-Counselor to join our team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide guidance and support to students.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide tele-counselling services to students, parents, and educational institutions.
Develop and implement effective counselling strategies to meet student needs.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop personalized plans.
Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in tele-counselling or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with the education industry and its trends.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
