Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Student Counsellors to join our team at WINCENTRE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in student counselling and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students on academic and personal matters.
Develop and implement effective counselling strategies to support student success.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to identify and address student needs.
Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student interactions.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of student development principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, teachers, and staff.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with educational systems and policies.
