Job Title: Tele-Counselor – Online UG/PG Programs (Tamil Mandatory) Location: Koramangala 8th Block, Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for dynamic tele-counselors fluent in Tamil to counsel students and working professionals on online Undergraduate and Postgraduate degree programs from top UGC-approved universities like Jain, Manipal, VIT, etc. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to leads from our database, web enquiries, and campaigns. Counsel prospects in Tamil (and English/Hindi if possible) on suitable UG/PG programs, course details, eligibility, fees, and career benefits. Handle queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email to convert enquiries into admissions. Maintain 2+ hours daily talk time and meet monthly registration and admission targets. Accurately update CRM records and follow up with prospects until closure. Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth enrollment processing. Requirements: Fluency in Tamil (mandatory), with good English/Hindi communication skills preferred. Prior experience in tele-sales, academic counseling, or BPO calling is an advantage. Strong persuasion skills and target-driven mindset. Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
