1. Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts2. Calling to the customers and discuss their overdue payments3. Follow up with the customers till the payment is received.4. Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate subscription plan5. Build long-term trusting relationships with customers6.Escalating irregular cases to the supervisor and seeking help in closing them.7. Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress8. Explain the consequences to customer of not paying on time and take actions in order to encourage timely payments9. Stay up-to-date with new products/features/services and new pricing/payment plans
1. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques most preferably outbound
2. Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role3. Excellent knowledge of billing procedures4. Knowledge of various collection techniques5. Ability to communicate clearly & professionally verbally & in writing6. Should be Proficient with English & Hindi7. Minimum 12th pass with 1 to 2 years of collection work experience
