We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tele Calling Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Roles and Responsibility Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to resolve queries and issues. Make follow-up calls to customers to collect payments and update records. Provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction. Meet daily and monthly targets for call volume and resolution rates. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in telecalling, collections, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Familiarity with banking products and services is an advantage. Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
