Make calls to potential and existing clients

Schedule meetings or appointments for the sales team as needed.
Draft and send emails to clients for follow-ups, information sharing, and promotional activities.
Maintain a professional tone and clarity in all written communications.
Prepare reports on call outcomes, client feedback, and follow-up actions.
Update and maintain client databases with accurate information and interaction history.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share client insights.
