Role & responsibilities Call potential customers from provided leads or databases. Explain property features, location benefits, pricing, and other key details. Generate interest and schedule property site visits with the sales team. Follow up on inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with leads. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer details using CRM software. Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets. Handle customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the sales team. Assist in creating basic telemarketing scripts and pitch updates. Preferred candidate profile should have High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate is a plus. Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills in English and [local language]. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated. Ability to handle rejections and remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of the real estate industry will be an added advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
