Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Meet daily targets for call volume, sales conversion rates, and quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Excellent communication skills with active listening abilities.
  • Strong convincing skills for effective customer handling.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude.
  • 1-5 years of experience in telecalling or a related field (BPO/Call Centre).
