Job Description Tele Caller
Position: Tele Caller (uPVC Profiles)
Location: Hyderabad
Department: Sales & Customer Relations
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers, builders, contractors, and dealers regarding uPVC profiles, windows & doors.
Explain product features, advantages, and benefits to generate interest.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain and update customer database (CRM/Excel).
Follow up with leads, schedule appointments for sales team, and ensure regular communication.
Prepare Proforma Invoices, quotations, and share them with clients.
Coordinate with the logistics team for dispatches, deliveries, and order status updates.
Support marketing campaigns by conducting follow-up calls.
Provide basic after-sales support and route technical queries to the concerned team.
Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to generate leads and support brand visibility.
Visit customer places if required for follow-ups, documentation, or support activities.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
Good convincing & negotiation ability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM).
Prior experience in tele calling or customer support, preferably in building materials, construction, or interior products.
Knowledge of billing & invoicing will be an added advantage.
Willingness to travel locally for exhibitions or client visits when needed.
