Job Description

Customer Service
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and bank products.
Cash Handling
Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately.
Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
Detect and prevent counterfeit currency or fraudulent activity.
Transaction Processing
Issue cashiers checks, money orders, and other negotiable instruments.
Handle fund transfers and loan payments.
Update customer account information when necessary.
Record Keeping
Maintain accurate records of transactions.
Prepare daily reports and reconciliation summaries.
Compliance and Security
Follow bank policies and financial regulations (KYC, AML, etc.).
Ensure customer data confidentiality and security.
Sales Support
Promote bank products and services (savings accounts, credit cards, loans).
Refer customers to sales or relationship officers for additional services.
