  • Customer Service

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, transactions, and bank products.
  • Cash Handling

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and payments accurately.
  • Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift.
  • Detect and prevent counterfeit currency or fraudulent activity.
  • Transaction Processing

  • Issue cashiers checks, money orders, and other negotiable instruments.
  • Handle fund transfers and loan payments.
  • Update customer account information when necessary.
  • Record Keeping

  • Maintain accurate records of transactions.
  • Prepare daily reports and reconciliation summaries.
  • Compliance and Security

  • Follow bank policies and financial regulations (KYC, AML, etc.).
  • Ensure customer data confidentiality and security.
  • Sales Support

  • Promote bank products and services (savings accounts, credit cards, loans).
  • Refer customers to sales or relationship officers for additional services.
